Each Edgeworks product is operated on its own domain (for example, EdgeMail is at edgemailapp.com) and has its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. When you purchase or use a product, the terms of that product apply to that product's services, not these Terms.
Payments for our products are processed by our Merchant of Record. At the date of this policy the Merchant of Record for all Edgeworks products is Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle handles the transaction, including payment processing, currency conversion, fraud prevention, tax calculation and remittance, and buyer support for payment-related matters. The Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms & Conditions apply to the payment itself.
The text, layout, design, graphics, and code of edgeworks.digital are owned by Edgeworks LLC or used under licence. Except as permitted in section 04, you may not copy, republish, or redistribute the content without our prior written consent.
"Edgeworks" and the Edgeworks word mark are trademarks of Edgeworks LLC. Product names ("EdgeMail" and others) are trademarks of Edgeworks LLC. Third-party names and logos referenced on the site (for example, Cloudflare, WordPress, Paddle) are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those third parties unless we state so explicitly.
The site contains links to third-party websites (for example, our product sites, Cloudflare, Paddle, and the National Agency of Public Registry). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to USD 100.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after the effective date of a new version constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter of the site, are governed by the law of Georgia. The courts of Tbilisi, Georgia have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where that right is conferred by mandatory consumer-protection law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edgeworks in relation to the edgeworks.digital website. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
