These Terms & Conditions govern your use of edgeworks.digital, the corporate website of EdgeWorks LLC. They are separate from any terms that apply to services we provide under contract, or to any product we may sell in future. Those are governed by their own agreements. See section 06.
EdgeWorks LLC ("EdgeWorks", "we", "us") is a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, on 19 August 2026, under filing number 2026-002060294. edgeworks.digital is an informational corporate website. It describes who EdgeWorks is, the services we provide, the software product we are developing, and how to contact us. You can use it to:
The site does not process orders, host accounts, take payment, or sell anything directly.
By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
You may access, view, share, and link to the content on this site for lawful personal or business purposes, including for due diligence on EdgeWorks as a potential counterparty. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution.

Services. Digital marketing, consulting, and software development work is arranged directly with us and is governed by the written agreement, proposal, or statement of work agreed between you and EdgeWorks for that engagement. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer of services or a binding quotation.
Products. EdgeWorks is developing one software product, EntityLinks. It has not launched, and it is not currently available for purchase. When it launches it will be operated on its own domain, entitylinks.com, with its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, which will govern that product rather than these Terms.
Payment. Where we take payment, payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates. Stripe is our payment processor. EdgeWorks LLC is the seller of record on every transaction and is responsible for fulfilment, customer support, and refunds. Stripe is not a reseller or merchant of record for our services or products.
The text, layout, design, graphics, and code of edgeworks.digital are owned by EdgeWorks LLC or used under licence. Except as permitted in section 04, you may not copy, republish, or redistribute the content without our prior written consent.
"EdgeWorks" and the EdgeWorks word mark are unregistered trademarks of EdgeWorks LLC, as is the product name "EntityLinks". Third-party names and logos referenced on the site, for example Cloudflare and Stripe, are the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those third parties unless we state so explicitly.
The site contains links to third-party websites, for example our product site and the Wyoming Secretary of State business search. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Following a link is at your own risk.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and operational, but:
Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer.
To the extent permitted by law, EdgeWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of edgeworks.digital. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site is limited to USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including, where applicable, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
For liability arising out of any services we provide under contract, or out of any product we may later sell, the limitation of liability in that agreement applies instead.
You agree to indemnify EdgeWorks against reasonable losses, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or from your misuse of the site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after the effective date of a new version constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the subject matter of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction, except that nothing in this section prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where that right is conferred by mandatory consumer-protection law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EdgeWorks in relation to the edgeworks.digital website. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
