Aggregated visit counts, referring pages, and country-level geography are recorded; we do not receive IP addresses or any information that identifies you personally.
Cloudflare — who operate the infrastructure that serves this website — may process limited technical information (such as IP address and user-agent) for the purpose of delivering the site, mitigating abuse, and maintaining network security. This processing is governed by the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

We are based in Georgia, which is outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Our email provider (Google Ireland) stores mailbox data on servers that may be located in the EU, the UK, or the US. Where personal data is transferred from the EEA or UK to a jurisdiction that has not received an adequacy decision, the transfer is protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and the UK equivalent where applicable), which form part of our agreements with those service providers.
We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful for the purpose of the conversation, and afterwards for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up, record-keeping, or legal obligations — typically up to 6 years after the last contact, aligned with usual statutory limitation periods. Aggregated analytics have no personal identifiers and are kept indefinitely.

Edgeworks does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Our website and products are aimed at developers, agencies, and commercial operators, not consumers or minors.
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data — including TLS for data in transit, access controls on our email and storage systems, and multi-factor authentication for administrative accounts. No system is entirely secure; if we ever become aware of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority where required by law.
