Refund Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 20 April 2026 · Edgeworks LLC

Edgeworks LLC does not sell products directly through edgeworks.digital. This site is the corporate home of the company; it is not a storefront and does not process orders, charge cards, or issue receipts. All product purchases are made on each product's own site, and refund rights are governed by that product's Refund Policy.

01Where to find the refund policy that applies to you

Look up the product you purchased in the list below and follow the link. The policy on that page is the authoritative one for your purchase.

If you're not sure which product you purchased, check the receipt you received from Paddle after checkout — it names the product clearly on the first line.

02Merchant of Record

All Edgeworks product sales are processed through Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as Merchant of Record and reseller. Paddle is the legal seller on each transaction and handles payment processing, currency conversion, tax, fraud prevention, and buyer support for payment-related matters.

This means a refund request usually involves both Paddle (who processes the refund to your card) and the product team at Edgeworks (who approve eligibility under the product's Refund Policy). In practice you can start with either side and the other will be looped in.

03Requesting a refund

The fastest route is almost always:

  1. Find the Paddle receipt email from your purchase (sent by noreply@paddle.com or similar). It contains a link to view your order.
  2. Use that link, or go to paddle.net, to request a refund.
  3. If you'd prefer to email the product team directly, use the contact address on the product's own site.

If you've tried the above and aren't getting a response, or you're unsure which product team to reach, email info@edgeworks.digital and we will route your request to the right place.

04Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy — or in any product-specific Refund Policy — reduces or replaces consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence, including the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content contracts in the UK and the European Economic Area. Where a statutory right applies, it stands alongside our voluntary refund policies; you can rely on whichever gives you the better outcome.

05Chargebacks

If something is wrong with your purchase, please contact the product team or Paddle first — we will almost always resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before giving us a chance to help can result in your product access being suspended while the dispute is investigated. Repeated chargebacks without a prior good-faith attempt to contact us may be grounds for the product team to decline future purchases.
